BJJ has been a huge part of my life for the last 12 years. In those 12 years, I’ve met incredible friends, learned quality self defense and have had a blast rolling around on the mats! BJJ is an incredible way to increase confidence, strength and awareness and build a legit tool belt of self-defense.

We start with 30 minute classes, twice a week for our little grapplers ages 4-6. We have youth classes for ages 5-14 and all are welcome at our adult classes.

Membership Cancellation Policy
We value all of our members and are committed to providing a high-quality training experience. If you need to cancel your membership, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Notice Requirement – Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or signed form) at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
2. Final Payment – Because we bill monthly, your membership will remain active and accessible for the 30-day notice period. You will be responsible for your final month’s payment.
3. No Partial Refunds – We do not offer refunds for unused days within the final billing cycle.
4. How to Cancel – Send your cancellation request to [email address] or complete the Membership Cancellation Form at the front desk.
5. Freezing vs. Cancelling – If you plan to return, ask us about our membership freeze options instead of full cancellation.
